This policy explains what information The Super Fakes collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: our support inbox.
What information do we collect?
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address and message when you write to us through the Contact Us page or by email.
- Order information — the items you order, your delivery address and the details needed to confirm and ship your order.
- Payment confirmation — payment is arranged by Wise, bank transfer or PayPal. We receive a confirmation of payment; we never see or store your card or bank credentials.
- Technical data — like most websites, our site may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited, and uses cookies to keep the site working (for example your cart) and to understand aggregate traffic.
How do we use your information?
- To answer your enquiries and provide pre-shipment photos when requested.
- To confirm, produce and deliver your order.
- To keep records required for accounting and to resolve disputes.
- To maintain and improve the website. We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who do we share it with?
Only where necessary to serve you:
- Carriers (UPS, FedEx or another suitable carrier) — your name and delivery address, for delivery and customs clearance.
- Payment providers (Wise, your bank, PayPal) — to the extent needed to process your payment.
- Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long do we keep it?
Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up order.
What are your rights?
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or delete it (where we are not required to keep it by law).
- Stop using it for a specific purpose.
Email our support inbox and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or California, you have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA respectively; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies (cart, preferences) and may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still display, though the cart may not work.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to order and customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures.
