The Super Fakes ships worldwide, free of charge. This page explains production time, delivery estimates, tracking and customs. Questions: our support inbox.
How long does it take to receive my bag?
Items are held in stock, so the total time is simply:
- In stock: dispatched promptly with fast shipping after payment confirmation. Pre-shipment photos of your actual item are available on request before dispatch.
- Transit: about 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and carrier.
These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing and carrier delays can add time. We will tell you if your order is expected to take longer.
Which carrier delivers my order?
Orders ship with UPS, FedEx or another suitable international carrier, selected according to the destination country. A tracking number is shared with you once your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide. The price you confirm before payment is the final product price; you pay no separate shipping fee.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
There is no customs risk on your side. If duties or taxes could apply to your order, we will remind you in advance, before you pay — so there are no surprise charges afterwards. And if a shipment is ever held or seized by customs, we take responsibility and arrange a reshipment (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
What if my tracking stops updating or the parcel seems lost?
International tracking can pause while a parcel clears customs — a few quiet days is normal. If tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, or the carrier confirms a loss, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and agree a resolution with you.
Which address should I use?
Please confirm your delivery address carefully when ordering, including a phone number for the carrier. We ship to the address confirmed in your order; changes after dispatch are usually not possible.
